§ SD.3963.0305. LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES
LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES. To protect the public interest, with the consent of the governing body of the city by resolution, the district may contract with a qualified party, including the city, to provide law enforcement services in the district for a fee. Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1012 (H.B. 4742 ), Sec. 1, eff. June 14, 2019.
