§ LG.395.042. HEARING ON LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN

HEARING ON LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN. To impose an impact fee, a political subdivision must adopt an order, ordinance, or resolution establishing a public hearing date to consider the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan for the designated service area.
