§ UT.39.357. ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY

ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY. In addition to the suspension, revocation, or amendment of a certification, the commission may impose an administrative penalty, as provided by Section 15.023 , for violations described by Section 39.356 . Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 405, Sec. 39, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
