§ SD.3882.301. MUNICIPAL ANNEXATION
MUNICIPAL ANNEXATION; DISSOLUTION. (a) The district is a "water or sewer district" under Section 43.071 , Local Government Code. (b) Section 43.075 , Local Government Code, applies to the district. (c) Section 375.264 , Local Government Code, does not apply to the dissolution of the district by a municipality. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 246 (S.B. 2472 ), Sec. 1, eff. May 27, 2009.
