§ LG.383.026. HEARING
HEARING. At the hearing, the commissioners court shall examine the petition to ascertain its sufficiency, and any interested person may appear before the commissioners court to offer testimony on the sufficiency of the petition and whether the district should be created. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 995, Sec. 5, eff. Sept. 1, 1995. Renumbered from Tax Code Sec. 312.609 and amended by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 23.05, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
