§ ED.37.1171. AVAILABILITY OF BREACHING TOOL AND BALLISTIC SHIELD
AVAILABILITY OF BREACHING TOOL AND BALLISTIC SHIELD. Each school district and open-enrollment charter school must have at least one breaching tool and one ballistic shield available for use at each campus in the event of an active shooter incident. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 361 (H.B. 33 ), Sec. 6, eff. September 1, 2025.
