§ ED.37.014. COURT-RELATED CHILDREN--LIAISON OFFICERS
COURT-RELATED CHILDREN--LIAISON OFFICERS. Each school district shall appoint at least one educator to act as liaison officer for court-related children who are enrolled in the district. The liaison officer shall provide counselling and services for each court-related child and the child's parents to establish or reestablish normal attendance and progress of the child in the school. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff. May 30, 1995.
