§ TN.363.005. COUNTY TOLLS

COUNTY TOLLS. The commissioners court of a county that issues bonds to construct a bridge may, under rules adopted by the commissioners court, impose tolls sufficient to: (1) pay the interest on the bonds; or (2) pay the interest and create a sinking fund for payment of the principal at maturity. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
