§ FI.347.252. PAYMENT OF INSURANCE PREMIUMS WITH INSTALLMENTS

PAYMENT OF INSURANCE PREMIUMS WITH INSTALLMENTS. For insurance coverage required under Section 347.201 in the second and subsequent years of the credit transaction, a creditor may require the consumer to pay on each installment due date an amount equal to one-twelfth of the reasonably estimated yearly premium.
