§ LG.323.007. LIBRARY FUND
LIBRARY FUND. Funds of the county library shall be deposited in a separate fund to be known as the county free library fund and may be used only for library purposes. The funds are under the custody of the county treasurer or any other county official designated to discharge the duties commonly assigned to the county treasurer. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
