§ BC.302.252. ACTING AS SALESPERSON FOR UNREGISTERED SELLER
ACTING AS SALESPERSON FOR UNREGISTERED SELLER. (a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly acts as a salesperson on behalf of a seller who violates the registration requirements of this chapter. Each violation constitutes a separate offense. (b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 885 (H.B. 2278 ), Sec. 2.01, eff. April 1, 2009.
