§ FI.274.115. BOND OF SUCCESSOR FIDUCIARY
BOND OF SUCCESSOR FIDUCIARY. If an affiliated bank of a subsidiary trust company has given bond to secure performance of its duties and the company qualifies as successor fiduciary, the company shall give bond to secure performance of its duties in the same manner as the bank. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
