§ FA.264.013. EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION WITH OTHER STATES

EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION WITH OTHER STATES. Subject to the availability of funds, the department shall enter into agreements with other states to allow for the exchange of information relating to a child for whom the department is or was the managing conservator. The information may include the child's health passport and education passport. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 268 (S.B. 6 ), Sec. 1.44, eff. September 1, 2005.
