POWER TO EXAMINE RECORDS. The members of the commission and employees and agents of the commission may examine and copy during regular business hours any records or memoranda pertaining to the operation of any sewer system, disposal system, or treatment facility or pertaining to any discharge of waste or pollutants into any water in the state, or any other records required to be maintained.
