§ ED.25.033. ASSIGNMENT OR TRANSFER ON PETITION OF PARENT
ASSIGNMENT OR TRANSFER ON PETITION OF PARENT. The parent or person standing in parental relation to any student may by petition in writing either: (1) request the assignment or transfer of the student to a designated school or to a school to be designated by the board; or (2) file objections to the assignment of the student to the school to which the student has been assigned. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff. May 30, 1995.
