§ GV.24.912. TARRANT COUNTY CRIMINAL JUDICIAL DISTRICT NO

TARRANT COUNTY CRIMINAL JUDICIAL DISTRICT NO. 3. (a) The Tarrant County Criminal Judicial District No. 3 is composed of Tarrant County. (a-1) Subchapter C applies to the Tarrant County Criminal District Court No. 3. (b) Section 24.910 , relating to the Tarrant County Criminal District Court No. 1, contains provisions applicable to both that court and the Tarrant County Criminal District Court No. 3. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985. Amended by: Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 861 (H.B. 3474 ), Sec. 1.021, eff. September 1, 2023.
