§ GV.2310.304. REQUEST FOR APPLICATION FOR DEFENSE READJUSTMENT PROJECT DESIGNATION
REQUEST FOR APPLICATION FOR DEFENSE READJUSTMENT PROJECT DESIGNATION. A qualified business in a readjustment zone may request that the governing body of the readjustment zone apply to the bank for designation of the business as a defense readjustment project. The request must also be made to the readjustment zone's administrative authority, if one exists. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 114, Sec. 1, eff. May 19, 1997.
