§ GV.2306.222. CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS REGARDING HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS

CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS REGARDING HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS. The department may enter into agreements and contracts with housing sponsors and mortgage lenders under this chapter to make or participate in mortgage loans for residential housing for individuals and families of low and very low income and families of moderate income.
