§ GV.2306.172. ACQUISITION AND USE OF MONEY
ACQUISITION AND USE OF MONEY; DEPOSITORIES. The department may: (1) acquire, hold, invest, deposit, use, and spend its income and money from every source; and (2) select its depository or depositories, subject only to the provisions of: (A) this chapter; and (B) a covenant relating to the department's bonds issued by the housing finance division.
