§ TN.224.066. ADDITIONAL POWERS
ADDITIONAL POWERS. In addition to the powers granted under this subchapter, the commission has any other power that is reasonable and necessary to allow it to contract with a transportation corporation for the construction of a highway as provided by this subchapter.
