§ IN.2207.406. COVERAGE PERIOD
COVERAGE PERIOD. A county, school district, or junior college district that accepts coverage provided by the applicable pool shall maintain that coverage for at least 36 calendar months following the month in which the pool issued the coverage. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017 ), Sec. 2, eff. April 1, 2007.
