§ GV.2175.192. PURCHASER'S TITLE

PURCHASER'S TITLE. A purchaser of surplus property at a sale conducted under Section 2175.186 or 2175.187 obtains good title to the property if the purchaser has in good faith complied with: (1) the conditions of the sale; and (2) applicable commission rules. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1422, Sec. 11.03, eff. Jan. 1, 2002.
