§ BO.21.654. TERM OF OFFICE OF DIRECTORS
TERM OF OFFICE OF DIRECTORS. Unless the director resigns or is removed in accordance with the certificate of formation or bylaws of the investment company, a director of an investment company shall serve as director for the term for which the director is elected and holds office until a successor is elected and qualifies.
