§ OC.206.2525. REIMBURSEMENT FOR SERVICES

REIMBURSEMENT FOR SERVICES. (a) This chapter does not limit the way in which a surgical assistant licensed under this chapter may be reimbursed for services. (b) A surgical assistant licensed under this chapter may directly bill a patient or third-party payor for services provided by the surgical assistant. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 886, Sec. 2, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
