§ LA.204.088. PROCEDURES TO IDENTIFY EXPERIENCE-RATING TRANSFERS

PROCEDURES TO IDENTIFY EXPERIENCE-RATING TRANSFERS. The commission by rule shall establish procedures to identify the transfer or acquisition of a business for the purposes of this subchapter. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 1315 (H.B. 3250 ), Sec. 7, eff. September 1, 2005.
