§ OC.2035.010. CERTIFICATION OF PETITION SIGNATURES
CERTIFICATION OF PETITION SIGNATURES. Not later than the 40th day after the date the petition is filed, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, the county clerk shall certify to the commissioners court the number of registered voters signing the petition. Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 963 (S.B. 1969 ), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2019.
