§ LA.203.203. REFUND OF PENALTIES

REFUND OF PENALTIES. A refund under Subchapter E , Chapter 213 of a penalty that has been erroneously collected and deposited to the credit of the special administration fund shall be made, without interest, from the special administration fund.
