§ AG.201.130. PROCEDURES OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PROCEDURES OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT. (a) A board of adjustment shall adopt rules to govern its proceedings that are consistent with this chapter and the land-use regulations adopted for the conservation district. (b) A board of adjustment shall designate a chairman from among its members and may change that designation from time to time. (c) A board of adjustment shall meet at the call of the chairman and at other times determined by the board. (d) The chairman of the board of adjustment, or the chairman's designee as acting chairman from among the board's members, may administer oaths and compel the attendance of witnesses. (e) All meetings of a board of adjustment are open to the public. (f) A board of adjustment shall keep a full and accurate record of all proceedings, of all documents filed with the board, and of all orders entered. The record is public information and shall be filed in the office of the board of adjustment. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1479, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1981.
