§ BO.200.254. CLOSING OF SHARE TRANSFER RECORDS
CLOSING OF SHARE TRANSFER RECORDS. Share transfer records that are closed in accordance with Section 6.101 for the purpose of determining which shareholders are entitled to receive notice of a meeting of shareholders shall remain closed for at least 10 days immediately preceding the date of the meeting.
