§ OC.1801.105. REMITTANCE OF SALE PROCEEDS
REMITTANCE OF SALE PROCEEDS. Not later than the fifth day after the date of the sale of consigned goods, a commission merchant shall send to the consignor the total amount received from the sale less the commission merchant's commission.
