§ CP.172.081. DECISION OF ARBITRATION TRIBUNAL
DECISION OF ARBITRATION TRIBUNAL. (a) Except as agreed by the parties or as provided by Subsection (b), in an arbitration with more than one arbitrator, a decision of the arbitration tribunal must be made by a majority of its members. (b) If authorized by the parties or all the members of the arbitration tribunal, a presiding arbitrator may decide a procedural question. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 5.02, eff.
