§ HS.171.0631. VOLUNTARY AND INFORMED CONSENT REQUIRED
VOLUNTARY AND INFORMED CONSENT REQUIRED. A person may not provide an abortion-inducing drug to a pregnant woman without satisfying the applicable informed consent requirements of Subchapter B. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., 2nd C.S., Ch. 10 (S.B. 4 ), Sec. 6, eff. December 2, 2021.
