§ OC.1702.229. QUALIFICATIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL LICENSE

QUALIFICATIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL LICENSE. (a) An applicant for an individual license must meet the qualifications required under Section 1702.113 for a company license applicant. (b) The commission by rule may adopt additional qualifications for an individual to obtain an individual license under this subchapter. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
