DEDICATION OF CERTAIN BONDS. No more than $250 million in principal amount of bonds authorized by Article III, Section 49-d-7 , of the Texas Constitution, and issued under either that section or Article III, Section 49-d-8 , of the Texas Constitution, may be dedicated to the purposes provided by Subchapter K .
