§ OC.163.005. COMMITTEE AUTHORITY LIMITED
COMMITTEE AUTHORITY LIMITED. A committee may not finally dispose of a complaint against a person licensed by the board or issue a final order or rule. The board shall finally dispose of each complaint against a person licensed by the board and has the sole authority to issue final orders and rules. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
