§ IN.1579.1061. EXEMPTION FROM PREAUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENTS FOR PHYSICIANS AND HEALTH CARE PROVI
EXEMPTION FROM PREAUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENTS FOR PHYSICIANS AND HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS PROVIDING CERTAIN HEALTH CARE SERVICES. A preauthorization process used by a health coverage plan provided under this chapter is subject to the same limitations and requirements provided by Subchapter N , Chapter 4201 , for a preauthorization process used by an insurer.
