§ LG.157.062. AUTHORITY TO ESTABLISH PROGRAM
AUTHORITY TO ESTABLISH PROGRAM. The commissioners court of a county with a population of 500,000 or more may establish a program by which the county provides child care services to benefit county employees, county jurors, and their children. Added by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 1, Sec. 37(a), eff. Aug. 28, 1989.
