§ IN.1507.058. RATES

RATES. A health maintenance organization shall file for informational purposes the rates to be used with a standard health benefit plan. Nothing in this section shall be construed as granting the commissioner any power or authority to determine, fix, prescribe, or promulgate the rates to be charged for any evidence of coverage. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 728 (H.B. 2018 ), Sec. 11.074(a), eff. September 1, 2005.
