§ FA.15.108. GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY AS PARTY
GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY AS PARTY. (a) In this section, "governmental entity" has the meaning assigned by Section 101.014 . (b) The disqualification prescribed by Section 15.106 (b) applies to a collaborative lawyer representing a party that is a governmental entity. (c) After a collaborative family law process concludes, another lawyer in a law firm with which the collaborative lawyer is associated may represent a governmental entity in the collaborative family law matter or a matter related to the collaborative family law matter if: (1) the collaborative family law participation agreement authorizes that representation; and (2) the collaborative lawyer is isolated from any participation in the collaborative family law matter or a matter related to the collaborative family law matter through procedures within the law firm that are reasonably calculated to isolate the collaborative lawyer from such participation.
