§ ED.132.303. CEASE AND DESIST ORDER

CEASE AND DESIST ORDER. After a hearing held under this subchapter, the commission may issue against the person charged with operating a career school or college without a certificate issued by the commission an order that requires that the person immediately cease and desist from violating this chapter. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 817, Sec. 8.08, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
