§ OC.1301.4521. CONSEQUENCES OF CRIMINAL CONVICTION

CONSEQUENCES OF CRIMINAL CONVICTION. (a) The board shall adopt rules in compliance with the guidelines authorized by Chapter 53 relating to criminal convictions. (b) The board shall adopt a method to review the agency's compliance with Chapter 53 and the rules adopted under this section. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 819, Sec. 23, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
