§ EL.13.076. REQUEST FOR HEARING ON CHALLENGE

REQUEST FOR HEARING ON CHALLENGE. (a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), to be entitled to a hearing on a challenge, the applicant must file a written, signed request for a hearing with the registrar not later than the 10th day after the date of the challenge. (b) If a challenge is made in the applicant's presence, at that time the applicant may orally request a hearing. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1986.
