§ OC.1201.502. PROHIBITED SHIPPING BY MANUFACTURER
PROHIBITED SHIPPING BY MANUFACTURER. A manufacturer may not ship a HUD-code manufactured home into this state for sale or resale unless the manufacturer complies with: (1) all requirements of the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. Section 5401 et seq.); and (2) all standards, rules, and regulations of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff. June 1, 2003.
