§ LG.116.089. SURRENDER OF INTEREST ON SECURITIES
SURRENDER OF INTEREST ON SECURITIES. On the request of a county depository, the commissioners court shall surrender, when due, interest coupons or other evidence of interest on securities deposited by the depository with the commissioners court if the securities remaining pledged by a depository are adequate to meet the requirements of the commissioners court.
