§ ES.1158.203. ORDER

ORDER. The court may order the lien securing the claim of a creditor who files an application under Section 1158.201 to be discharged out of general estate assets or refinanced if the discharge or refinance of the lien appears to the court to be advisable. Otherwise, the court shall grant the application and order that the property securing the lien be sold at public or private sale, as the court considers best, as in an ordinary sale of real estate.
