§ SD.1122.2522. VOTER-APPROVAL TAX RATE PROVISIONS APPLICABLE
VOTER-APPROVAL TAX RATE PROVISIONS APPLICABLE. If in any year the board adopts a tax rate that exceeds the voter-approval tax rate calculated as provided by Chapter 26 , Tax Code, an election under Section 26.07 of that code must be held to determine whether or not to approve the tax rate adopted by the board for that year.
