§ SD.1120.053. QUALIFICATION FOR OFFICE
QUALIFICATION FOR OFFICE. (a) To be eligible to hold office on the board, a person must be: (1) a resident of the district; and (2) a qualified voter. (b) An administrator or an employee of the district may not serve as a director. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 893 (H.B. 4212 ), Sec. 1, eff. June 18, 2015.
