§ ES.1105.112. BOND NOT VOID ON FIRST RECOVERY

BOND NOT VOID ON FIRST RECOVERY. A guardian's bond is not void on the first recovery, but the bond may be sued on and prosecuted from time to time until the entire amount of the bond is recovered.
