§ SD.1102.155. DEPOSITORY OR TREASURER

DEPOSITORY OR TREASURER. (a) The board by resolution shall designate a bank or banks in Brazoria County as the district's depository or treasurer. A designated bank serves for two years and until a successor is designated. (b) All district money shall be secured in the manner provided for securing county funds. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147 ), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2013.
