§ OC.1101.454. SALES AGENT LICENSE RENEWAL
SALES AGENT LICENSE RENEWAL. (a) An applicant applying for the first renewal of a sales agent license must provide to the commission satisfactory evidence of completion of at least 18 semester hours, or equivalent classroom hours, of qualifying real estate courses, including the hours required by Section 1101.455 (e).
